Wie gestern bekannt wurde, verstarb Roger Whitaker 87-jährig. Bei seinem Namen musste ich immer an eine Kassette denken, die bei mir als Kind in den 70igern beim Spielen immer rauf und runter lief.

Diese Lieder versetzen mich immer in eine sehr schöne Stimmung und bringen mich zurück in meine Kinderzeit.
Mit den deutschen Schlagern konnte ich nie was anfangen, aber seine internationalen Lieder finde ich heute noch großartig, weil er eine ganz einzigartige wunderschöne Stimme hatte.
